Pride Month is officially here in Toronto and our entire campus is starting to turn into Ariana Grande with a Pride flag:
We here at Ryerson LOVE to show our pride this time of year, and are extremely honoured to be hosting some pretty amazing events right on our campus!
Pride Toronto is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to bring people together to celebrate the history, courage and diversity of our community.
Uniting and empowering people with diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions, the annual Pride Toronto festival has become a major Canadian arts and cultural event and the largest Pride celebration in North America. Pride showcases Toronto on the world stage with diversity, inclusion and vibrant creativity.

Our Kerr Hall Quad has taken on the new name of the “FIDO Quad” for this month as the following three music events are taking place! Check it out below:
RyePRIDE offers education, advocacy and support of queer and trans* people on campus. (Their) goal is to create a safe and positive campus environment for people of ALL sexual orientations and gender identities. (RyePRIDE) also offers some entertaining and educational events so you can connect with other like-minded queers and allies. (RyePRIDE’s) resources and services are intended to build a healthy and queer-positive Ryerson community. RyePRIDE is proud to be building an inclusive campus since 1977!
