Applying to Ryerson is easy! It takes just three simple steps. You can learn more about how to apply on our Applying to Ryerson webpage.

Already applied? 

Here are some important items to be on top off:

1. Track your status using your Choose>Ryerson Applicant Portal.

2. Submit your supporting documents.

February 1 for Grades-Plus programs (all Non-Academic Requirements are due this date OR on the due dates stated in the instructions posted or our website)
March 1 for Grades-Only programs

Complete applications and amendments received by the guaranteed consideration dates noted above will receive equal consideration. However, we still strongly encourage you to apply after these dates – the earlier the better!

What is a Ryerson Online Identity? Do I need one?
Your Ryerson Online Identity is separate from your Choose>Ryerson Applicant Portal login. Students who wish to use our Document Upload Page will need to activate an online identity to gain access to the tool. Please allow 24 for the activation to process.

Am I required to submit proof of English Proficiency?
If you receive (or have received) a “Request for English Proficiency” letter in your Choose>Ryerson Portal, ensure that you visit English Language Requirements and follow the instructions to let us know which test you will be submitting to meet your English proficiency requirement. Your deadline will be 20 days from the date at the top of your “Request for English Proficiency” letter.

Does Ryerson offer Entrance Scholarships?
You bet! Visit on Scholarships page for information about award for both domestic and international students.

When will I receive my decision? Why haven’t I heard yet?
It’s still very early, so there’s plenty of time to hear from us! You can find out information about approximate release dates you on our website. Our Manager of Assessment and Evaluation has this advice to share:
